If the worker is scheduled to work on Public Holiday, he does not required to come to work, and he will not have 1 day extra leave entitlement
If the worker is scheduled to work on Public Holiday, and he comes to work, he is entitled to claim overtime, and he will still not earn 1 day extra leave entitlement.
If the worker is not scheduled to work on Public Holiday, he will not come to work anyway, and he will earn 1 day extra leave entitlement.
If the worker is not scheduled to work on Public Holiday, and he comes to work, he is entitled to claim overtime under normal rate and he will still earn 1 day extra leave.
