Is tea break (rest time) considered as working hours?
Lunch Brake, Dinner Break, Rest time or tea brake is not considered as working hour and shall be excluded for the purpose of overtime calculation, per hour pay calculation and also to calculate the total working hour per-week.
If the company working hour is from 8am to 5pm, and you have 45 minutes for lunch and 15 minutes of tea brake, then the total working hour per day is 8 hours.
