I have to 'enhance' my company's employment contract that is previously drafted from a colleague.There are some terms on trade confidelity and intellectual property I am not familiar with. Are these terms to be certified by lawyers or it can be done ourselves?

This clause saying that the employee shall provide all information or data they knew to the company upon request. This is not a common clause in the letter of appointment as it becomes very subjective and unfair for the employee. Usually clause shall protect the company information, data, trade secret and etc instead.

This clause seems like endorsed by your company Legal Department, and it would be good if you could try to understand what is the objective of such clause and to get clearance with Legal after any amendment to be made.
