Can a company issue a terminate letter to an employee who is under hospitalization leave?
It is not advisable and potentially invite many Employee Relation issue if the company terminate the employee who is currently under hospitalization leave.
Depends on situation, the company may face issues like the employees filing complaint to Ministry of Manpower to claim that the company has terminate him/her because of his/her illness.
