Overtime

My supervisor FORCE me to work over time during my off days or public holidays which i don't want to do,i had inform her and explain to her that i don't want to work over time,but she insist that i must OT.

May i know that does the company/supervisor has the rights to force its/her employees/subordinates to work OT on off days and public holidays?As an employee,am i have the rights to refuse working over time?

As an employee, you can discuss with the supervisor not to work over time, but this will definately affect your performance in the company.
