My staff has to go for her annual medical check-up such asmammogram, bone scans , etc….
Can she take her annual leave for such routine check up or is she entitled to such time-off or paid leave or are these considered as medical leave?
If these are considered as medical leave, her 14 days annual medical leave may not be sufficient, what will happen then?
Employee shall apply for Annual Leave for the medical check up. Medical Leave shall be supported by the Medical Certificate.
In the event if the doctor has issued the Medical Certificate to prove the employee is un-fit to work, the company shall recognize it as Medical Leave.
In the event of exceeded Medical Leave eligibility, the excess shall be treated as unpaid-medical leave.
