Assuming that I joined a company on 1st Jan and there is a 3 months probation period. The annual leave given by the company is 14 days. So if I worked till end of the year, that is from 1st Jan to 31 Dec which the 1st 3 months is the probation period, should I be entitled to 14 days as of end 31 Dec? Or is the 14 days pro-rated being calculated from 1st March to 31 Dec instead?

As annual leave entitlement depends on employee's year of service, begins from the day employee started work with the employer.
