Wrt encashment of leave calculation, to find the daily rate, should the yearly salary include fixed mthly allowance?
To calculate daily wage for leave encashment, “gross rate of pay” should apply. Gross rate of pay include fixed allowances; but exclude travelling/food/housing allowances, OT, bonus /AWS, reimbursement, incentive payment.
