My notice period is 1 month. My question is: Can my company cancel my pre-approved annual leave of 13 days during this 1 month of notice period?
Annual Leave is employee’s entitlement and Company has the right to reject employee's annual leave (with concern of manpower shortage, operation need etc.) For your pre-approved annual leave is granted before your resignation, employer reserves the right to reject your annual leave application while you are serving short notice, and request you to work until the last working day. However, the employer will en-cash all your annual leave accordingly in your last salary paid-out.
