I’m an Epass holder became a PR. I have signed a bond agreement with my current employer for 2 years. If I break the bond I will need to pay twice my salary. Since my status has changed, can you advice if the bond agreement still applies to my situation
Always refer to the bond agreement that you have mutually agreed with the employer before signing. If there is no other terms and conditions in exemption, you are still obliged to pay twice the salary if breaking the 2-year bond agreement even if you are a PR or citizen.
