I have completed about 15 weeks of maternity leaves with a balance of 8 days that can be taken flexi.I am tendering my resignation now and giving one month notice. Understand that employees cannot use the maternity leave to serve as resignation notice period, I would like to know (1) can I resign since I have yet to utlise my maternity leave; (2) can I apply the extended maternity leave during the notice period.
