If the employee refuses to extend his/her notice period. What other rights can we exercise?
There is basically nothing you can do if employee refuses to extend his/her notice period. Failure of the employer to allow an employee (having served the required notice or compensating the salary in lieu of notice) to leave his/her service is an offence.
