If my salary is increased mid year, Should my aws and bonus be prorated?
I.e salary beginning of year @1k, after July increment to 2k. AWS = 1.5k?
It depends on the paid out the cut-off date of your AWS and bonus, the financial year and individual company’s policy. Please check with your HR for clarification
