1. Is employee allowed to take hospitalisation leave during serving notice period?
Yes.
2. If 1 take 3 week of hospitalisation leave in January and I resign subsequently -
- does the hospitalisation leave get pro-rated based on the time I have worked in the year?
- can employer make me pay back the hospitalisation leave when I resign in Feb?
Generally no for both questions if you have served employment for more than 3 months, but please refer to your company’s policy or HR for clarification
