For her 1st and 2nd Singapore Citizen child, she is eligible to:
16 weeks or Maternity Leave : 8 weeks (paid by company) + 8 weeks (paid by government)
For her 3rd Singapore Citizen child onwards, she is eligible to:
16 weeks or Maternity Leave : 16 weeks (paid by government)
