Can I know what is common practice/legal for sales people when they go on hospitalization leave? Do they get reduced targets for the period or no change in targets for that month ?
The job scope and expectation is set for different job roles. The targets may not be adjusted due to the individual’s medical condition. You may only seek advice with your superior/reporting manager/top management in regards.
